About Us

At our core, we are a family owned and run business built on the desire to provide main dealer quality repairs at affordable prices. I am a fully qualified vehicle technician and EV (electric vehicle) specialist with relevant practical experience acquired over 20+ years working within Renault uk, franchise garages and the roadside breakdown industries. 

As well as being main dealer trained and working on the workshop floor since an apprentice level from 2000 up to a Senior technician by 2008, I spent my final 4 years working through service reception and then finally attaining the role of assistant Aftersales manager at a franchised Renault dealer in London. 

In 2015, hungry for new challenges and some fresh air I joined one of the UK's largest breakdown organisations (the "orange" ones) and spent a further 3 years working as a roadside patrol in Central London and Essex.

In 2018 with an ever growing family of my own, we decided to relocate up to Norfolk where I then spent another 3 years working as part of a team maintaining a fleet of RCV’s and LCV’s on an environmental contract for North-Norfolk district council until 2021, when after many years of dreaming and planning I stepped away and Autopoint Plus was born...
